We have been busy negotiating with several capable commercial workrooms and are now able to offer replacement pillows and cushions to our customers. The entire process is very simple and there are several alternatives for you to choose from.
Measurements and photographs: Place your existing pillows and cushions on a flat surface and measure the outside dimensions, including top and bottom, sides, and thickness. Pictures should be included with those measurements so that we can accurately evaluate the level of detail and, therefore, accurate cost of production. Tell us how many you need and pick out your fabric and we will do the rest.
Ship it to us: Put your old and worn-out cushion/cushion cover in a box and ship it to us. If your cushions are all in like-new condition but the cover fabrics are simply not working for you, ship all the cushions to us and we will re-use the cores in the new cushions. Again, tell us how many you need and pick out your fabric and we will do the rest.
Please Note: All of our pillows and cushions will be filled with weatherproof foam unless specified otherwise. As with all of our fabrics, the pillows and cushions covers produced using our fabrics will be machine washable per the washing instructions contained in our Maintenance section. At the present time we are only able to produce pillows and cushions for customers that are using our fabrics.
